With the participation of representatives of Irans publication, the 26th International Delhi Book Fair has begun on Saturday, January 6, 2018


The New Delhi International Book Fair is held annually with the participation of Indian and foreign publishers. This year"s book fair is being attended by more than 35 foreign countries and publishers from all over India from January 6 to 14, 2018, and the European Union is a special guest for this event.

At the opening ceremony of the 26th International Book Fair of New Delhi, Mrs. Sunita Narain, a renouned environmental activists, and Mr. Kozlowski, the European Union Ambassador to India, and Mr. Baldev Bhai Sharma, Director of the National Book Trust, were present. This year"s theme was the environmental exhibition and climate change. More than 20 countries from the European Union and more than 40 other countries, such as Canada, China, Egypt, Iran, Britain, etc. have attended this year"s fair.


From the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Iran Culture House in New Delhi and the Institute of Cultural Exhibitions of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance has participated in this exhibition. Iran Cultural House, New Delhi has also participated with more than 450 book titles.
